Welcome to WHY’s Hungerthon volunteer page!

Each Fall, Hungerthon unites NY tri-state area radio stations, corporations, performing artists and professional sports teams in support of WHY’s fight against hunger and poverty. Hungerthon is a series of fundraising concerts and events that culminates in a radiothon. But more than just raising funds, Hungerthon helps raise the profiles of community-based programs fighting hunger and poverty every day. WHY uses Hungerthon as a tool to not only educate listeners, but also to invite participation in finding sustainable, grassroots solutions.
